No, he cannot take over the company from shareholders, he might get some more shares. He wants VSPC and VGREF to succeed.

I know Chang is the biggest shareholder, but Chang is also the biggest creditor to VSPC.
In case of VSPC default, creditors can take over the company from shareholders. Chang probably doesn't care if his VSPC shares become worthless because when creditors take over, he will still own VSPC as a creditor.
Isn't that the case?

Mr. Chang is the biggest shareholder of Viaspace so he wants it to go up!!!! VSPC owns 75% of VGREF which has revenues (art business) and the GKG, so VSPC will not go under. We just need some deal soon and hopefully we will have them.
