BRAVADA International Ltd. will make a major announcement on February 9, 2011 regarding its business, 2011 expansion and its women’s activewear, gym wear and sport fashion. The women’s activewear, fitness apparel and fashion activewear idiom has been one which has continued to grow even in the recent economic contraction. Brands such as Lululemon and Lucy have continued to grow and thrive in recent years. The BRAVADA women’s sport fashion brand is a culture of “getting excited about being who we are”, feeling sassy and sexy and living healthy and living happy. With this announcement, BRAVADA anticipates to grow and extend its brand and culture into a leading national brand with a national presence in all major geographies.

BRAVADA International Ltd. announced today its January sales far exceeded its expectations and forecasts significant quarter over quarter growth to continue throughout 2011. BRAVADA’s January sales were very strong across all of its product categories and exceeded that of December 2010 heading into the opening of its new Los Angeles BRAVADA Women’s Athletica Store at 7224 Melrose Avenue. BRAVADA has a number of significant growth drivers it is implementing in Q1 2011 and expects additional store openings to accelerate throughout 2011.

Sales of its women’s activewear, gym wear, yoga clothes, jeggings and sport fashion were equally strong both in store as well as on its ecommerce website, www.BravadaWomen.com. BRAVADA expects this trend to continue throughout 2011.

{Bravada later announced}: Feb. 3
that it is looking at Santa Monica California to open its first BRAVADA Women’s Athletica Superstore. Unlike the first two BRAVADA Women’s Athletica retail stores which are 1100 sq ft on Robertson Blvd and 2200 sq ft on Melrose Avenue, BRAVADA’s Santa Monica Superstore concept is to develop a 4000+ sq ft retail facility which will be the model for larger BRAVADA stores to be located in densely populated geographic areas with demographics keenly wired to the exciting blend of women’s activewear, gym wear, yoga clothes and sport fashion that BRAVADA provides. Santa Monica is the ideal location for BRAVADA located close to the ocean and a demographic that is specifically geared to a healthy, active and fashion conscious lifestyle.

A number of elements are still being planned including finding a suitable location, however BRAVADA is at the final stages of deploying and operating a BRAVADA Women’s Athletica store of this magnitude. Santa Monica, California is the ideal location not only from a demographic and psychographic perspective by also from the logistical side. On February 9, 2011, BRAVADA will make a major announcement to investors for what it regards as the single most significant development that will have a defining impact on BRAVADA’s business, brand expansion and the most important element to accelerated expansion.

that it is opening a second BRAVADA Women's Athletica retail location at 7224 Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. This second BRAVADA Women's Athletica location has almost twice the space as the first Los Angeles location (2200 Square Feet) that will allow for a much larger retail space to facilitate its growing list of women's activewear, gym wear, yoga clothes, Stretch Active Jeggings, fashion active tops and more. The new Melrose BRAVADA Women's Athletica location has a larger back area that will allow for expanded room required for BRAVADA's growing online and fulfillment enterprise. BRAVADA expects to open the Melrose BRAVADA store in early February 2011. Currently the painting and floor resurfacing has been completed as well as a number of other elements associated with a BRAVADA Women's Athletica store opening.

Expansion in less certain economic cycles allows BRAVADA to enter into very favorable lease agreements maintaining a very low fixed cost base as revenue has continued to be robust into January. The monthly cost of the new Melrose location is 30% less than its Robertson location with twice the available space. It is located beside Melrose Tanning with GNC Nutrition, two busy restaurants, Sprint and other high profile retail businesses located on the same block.

{Bravada gives Investor Update}: Jan 4
BRAVADA International Ltd. announced today that its Q4 and full fiscal year 2010 revenue continued to grow sequentially with very strong December, Q4 and full year 2010 revenue growth. Sales of its women's activewear remained strong throughout December even into the last full week after the December 25th Holiday. BRAVADA experienced revenue growth across all of its product categories and expects growth to continue into Q1 2011 and throughout the 2011 fiscal year. Full year 2010 and Q4 2010 financial results are expected to be released shortly at OTCMarkets.com.

BRAVADA has a number of growth drivers planned in Q1 that it expects will continue to grow its revenue sequentially, significantly expand its gross margins in addition to organic revenue growth.
