LOL smokestack, you have must really done your DD. I would agree that the wrong date on the contract raises some questions. Could you tell me if there is any laws that pertain to minor errors on "legal document"? Must not be a very significant amount if any...huh. Why would have a law the pertains to something that never happens? I would have at least thought there would have been one case about it that would have some presidency over other cases. Me, I don't think "all made that common mistake", but I do think there are others, which leads me to think there is probably a law that helps address such an issue. So IMO I think it is more common then you have put it. Let us know what you find. Then again there is probably nothing if the problem doesn't exist. It doesn't need to addressed. Triton needs to work on their proof reading. Mistake like this don't look positive for them, but it isn't the end of the world.
