The question is whether the author of that (Jeff Digenova) officially speaks for Quasar any longer (if ever). According to the CO SOS he does not. Why hasn't he made another filing asserting his rights? Perhaps he tried???

If Jeff pursues control from Dean in a courtroom we won't know anything for at least a year. There went the merger.
