I found it just a bit confusing at first read.
From my reading, this is just a subpoena of records before a grand jury, not a criminal trial for any of the QASP Officers.
I doubt the "records" are complete enough for the GJ to make a decision either way, but time will tell. I think Dean was smart enough to keep duplicate sets of books, or no records whatsoever. Too bad Grand Jury proceedings are secret. We won't know the outcome unless they find reason for the DA to bring charges against the principles of QASP. Trading of Qasp stock could possibly be halted if that were the case.
