I talked last night to the new IR firm mentioned in this letter - they said they sent the letter out to the street named institutions - like I got mine from Schwab - maybe you are not dealing with a shareholder centric institution like Schwab. The company knows those that hold the stock certificates - others they only know by the corporation which holds your shares - if that corp. is not sending this to you then it is your problem for holding it with them - like I said I use schwab and they send me about everything for all the companies I hold.
