If KK wins the lawsuits he will be able to pay off all the debt and have a crap load of cash for expansion and advertising his products.
Thats why I was'nt to worried about the 10B shares. Chicken feed after the big win.
Just my opinion and hope.
Maybe he'll have a stock buyback with some of the cash??
