It's from the sale of the leases.......40 mil on the books owed, two bil shares...........the math! The share structure has not changed since the deal according to the last PinkSheet reports. The current PPS has nothing to do with the deal made....Probably why many of us are hanging onto our shares looking red.

Now, I should hear something from Matt next week on some questions I sent. His initial reply says he has been busy and will get to them beginning next week.
