Bigstring gave up 2 million shares of Peoplestring stock in exchange for all warrants being cancelled and a 2 year extension on the notes due. So that leaves Bigstring with 7,974,000 shares of Peoplestring and $1,150,000 of notes still left on the books. That means Bigstrings ownership of Peoplestring dropped to 23.5%. Doesn't seem like a good deal, but it appears that management wanted to get Bigstring cleaned up.
