Started to gather this stock today. First time here. I am a stock holder of LLEG owning 3.5 million shares. Got most of them when the price was way down 6 months ago. That isn't much compared to some of the guys over there.

Your right about Laidlaw buying a plant. Actually they only signed a letter of intent to buy. They won't have their money until the Public Utilities Commission approves the contract between Laidlaw and Public Service of NH. There is one more hearing next Tuesday and then they decide. It should not to very long for the decision and from all that I have been hearing it should be done by the end of next week. Then they will be selling their interest in the Birlin Plant to NewCo for an undisclosed amount. Once that transaction has been completed the CEO Mike will be free to close the deal here.

Lets hope it all goes smoothly on both ends. I will be buying some more later as soon as I can make some adjustments to funds.
