Repeating what I've written privately and publicly, lawyers don't want to sue the wrong party. This interest in suing MW/Citron by a real class action firm also puts pressure on firms to sue ALL parties, not just CCME. It would be malpractice not to and grounds to remove the attorney as lead counsel.

In all candor, I was predicting this yesterday and from day 1 of these reports, if you read my responses on ihub to people kvetching about lawsuits filed against Citron and MW. This was also a contributing reason why I was seeking to gather info to submit to the SEC and contacts at regulatory agencies which I have. Either private or public sues first, causing the other to act second. I'd say regulatory action is now more likely than before Shapiro firm indicated an interest.

Kudos to Thomas Shapiro and all people named Thomas!
