None of the companies in the exhibits filed by HLNT ever existed. In fact Hoss Motorsports Inc. which filed the case and makes all the claims of it's actions and contracts didn't even exist until a year after the Primary asset purchase Agreement was signed. Seems Hoss is making claims of their actions prior to existing. They are using doce/exhibits to prove that nonsense claim that were entenered into by companies with the name Hoss that NEVER EXISTED.
