When there is nothing but an ask price then all trades are listed as buys. However, under the circumstances, only custodial transactions are being allowed. That means every purchase requires a corresponding sale.

So in reality the only thing going on is some interinvestor trading. That means that your 10 million shares of 'buys' have an exactly offsetting 10 million shares of 'sells'.

Given that there are still several posters here and several tens of millions of shares still waiting to be sold, there isn't going to be any effect of this 'trading' for a long long time.
