I called my broker this morning, she pretty much laughed in my face when I suggested raising beyond $1.00. She said she would fall off her chair if a stock went from 2 cents to over a dollar before we had a chance to react, and was against it, as she also thinks I would be doing well to get $1/sh. and will lose my position in the queue so I did not raise it but did have her remove the GTC altogether in one account so it would not be an issue just in case something crazy happened. I could tell by the tone of her voice that she thought that I needed to have my head examined, ha!
