NO FEAR FOR A POTENTIAL R/S Added note #message 37864:

So counted with the scenario in my earlier post (I polite invite and challenge Ken to reply my #37864 post as being a possible option in the future) this is what you may have after the FINAL R/S is done:

Let's assume you are a 1 million pieces shareholder nowadays (congrats!)

At February 4th your stake is worth 1900 dollars (maybe you were in before October the 15th) and got an extra 5000 GRAF shares. This can be worth another 50,000 dollars, but I don't count with that further in this calculation.

The R/S is 250:1, heck so you only have 4000 shares now... feeling sad, no longer the one million shareholder... but wait...

If in my # 37864 post the Pre R/S SDVI pps is 0.06 (A-D scenario), you will have a POST R/S price @ around 15 dollars. Okay, R/S is bad so is this one... why not?... so also SDVI will tank a 20%... reasonable or? (not the normally 50% as on the pinksheets, as we will be uplisted!)

You will see 12 dollars and with your 4000 NEW SDVI UPLISTED SHARES it's a nice 48,000 dollars in your account. Count with that please... from 1900 dollars to 48,000 BUNNY BUCKS.

Are we happy now or still unconvinced? Expected time frame (however unaudited lolol) before the summer of 2011.
It still can be a hot one for us...
