This talk of filings is boring.
Let's talk about Dean.
The way I see it, Dean's life is ruled by his wife.
From what I hear, she worked (well, work would be a stretch - more like sat, ate and kvetched at Dean) at the QASP office collecting a hefty salary (most likely to be used to stuff her face with).
Pretty obvious, once you hear from the insiders, who wears the pants in that relationship.
So Dean has this real wench of a wife kvetching at him that she needs better stuff, so he starts selling shares - acting like a big shot CEO and buying bon-bons.
Dean, being the feeble minded jerk that he is, keeps selling shares, onto the backs of the shareholders.
He probably even laughed about it over Twinkies and milk shakes with the Mrs.
Dean is a corrupted human - no better than the crap I scrape off my shoes after a day in New York City.
It's too bad - such potential with his business plan.
Goes to show what a true loser he has been his entire life.
No wonder he wound up giving up and marrying that "woman".
Perhaps he got what he deserved.
I have a feeling he will continue to get what he deserves - a 6th wife!

Not so sure he will like his new wife as much as his old wife - the new one will most likely make him do things too - not so much asking more, um, forcibly if you will.
Ah, the sweet smell of revenge - iron, convict sweat, cement and Bubba.
