The way I see it the company cleared debt to Insiders and Allied so between them they now have 150 million shares ( 15% ) and are the operators of the project. The 128 million shares have a six month hold period as not prospectus cleared and to investors not insiders ( could be friends ) and brought in $ 321,000 to get the show on the road, so the 10Q should show no debt some cash and about to produce. 1.3 billion shares out at .007 gives a market cap of USD 9 million only. MARK MY WORDS THIS MARKET CAP SHOULD REACH USD 30 MILLION IN A HEARTBEAT.
