markrhead i agree with you totally. i just bought into AMEP last week. picked up 50,000 shares and would like to purchase more, but there are things i wish to know.

since im new to this thread i havent been around to see if anyone has posted certain info. can someone help me out on this please?

first id like to know the O/S and A/S shares. what are the fiscal year dates for this company? has anyone been in direct communications with investor relations? what are the possibilities of this company moving to a higher excahnge in the future say the amex in 2006? would they R/S? has the issue been addressed?

ive read some GREAT theories calculated by impressive research and numbers, but also i know that these numbers are not ALL from the company itself....at least that i know of.


so if anyone could help me out on some info or tell me where to find it i would be very appreciative.
