I see JV's on both properties. DGRI does not have the share structure to get any more financing-500 million shares is the max-unless DGRI does a reverse or authorizes more shares-either way is bad for existing shareholders-the market cap is simnply too low-

do jv-cut overhead, let the jv partners carry the projects--best possible news for shareholders
