The Cornell deal is suspect, but logical arguments have been posted here as to it's merits over the long term. This could be debated endlessly. We just don't know right now until such time as management is able to fill in the blanks.
I think yellowjacket is correct in pointing out that nothing has changed with the fundamentals of this company. We are all here because we believe NEOM has ownership of the technology and that this will be upheld in the courts. We're also here based on the relationships and agreements in place with some real heavy hitters. Despite the recent unsettling price activity, none of this has changed.
IMO, the weak-kneed and traders are being shaken out here. Long-term investors would do well to sit tight, wait for REAL NEWS to unfold and add to your positions on this current weakness.
