.13 was a false high for qtig, my opinion is that some may have been under the impression that qtig would be valued higher than scmi when the merger was done. it doesn't look like this shareholders meeting is going to be a very pretty affair, unless there is some major news coming between now and the meeting. i am hoping stehsuckers source is on the money. he was unbiased in his opinions and critical of management, not a hack for the company.
