Not a big deal imo. So they issued stock to people didnt see anything about dilution. Production is about 2.5 weeks away roughly and the dredges are about 2 weeks away from arriving. I dont see it happening this close to production. Since Alan payed for the dredges then Between Allied and Sunergy they have the funds necessary to get this party started. People are selling cuz their scared and there is nothing to be scared about. We are too close to production for them to do something like dilution. I may be wrong but I feel like it would be common sense not to tank your stock just weeks before production. JMO
