I am not in a position to give you a 100% green light for any public company, and I've never said anything different. Unless you are part of senior management and know absolutely all the facts, you can not ever be 100% certain about anything, and I've stated that 90% safety is more than good enough for me to be invested in a stock. That's the main reason why I always call for setting a cap on the size of an individual position in your portfolio. For all I know there could be an asteroid dropping in your backyard tonight. Don't forget about some of the highest profile frauds, from Enron to Satyam, Madoff to Worldcom, that went unnoticed by the best-informed financial professionals in the world. We are not in a position here to clear any CGS company from all wrong-doings, or for that matter any other public or private company.

That doesn't mean I wouldn't believe CCME were legit. For all I know it is among the "safest" stocks in the CGS universe, based on hard facts, individual research, and collective knowledge of this board and other sources.
