I am able to read chinese. The problem with MW's links are not with the numbers stated on those pages, but with the wrong links used in the first place. Namely the division/subsidiaries' pages were referenced instead of the whole company's.

For the first company you stated, one can figure out the total number of buses (1600+ vs MW's 32 and CTR's 128) in this page:

For the second company, this page says there are 907 (vs MW's stated 58 and CTR's 428) buses overall:

So, the actual number of buses operated by these companies are even higher than stated in the CTR report, which are higher than MW's erroreous numbers.

You can find the above chinese phrases in the links and put those phrases into google translate yourself to verify I am not BS-ing.
