Why SAVW should be valued at .25 PPS - IMO

All of the information here is of my opinion, and is based on my research and DD for SAVW. Like any investment do your own research and invest using your own opinions.

SavWatt USA is a Maryland based LED lighting manufacturer and distributer for virtually any commercial or residential application.

1. SAVW has experienced management that cares about selling products, not just selling stock. The current PPS is severely undervalued and belongs well above .10 - even at this early stage. In fact SAVW's only problem I see is that most investors are not aware of the company or whats it is doing with its LED product line.

2. The full range of LED Lighting products are all available for sale right now. [ this company is generating revenue daily ]

4. SAVW has a float of only 28 million shares, which is super tiny by any stocks standards. In the penny stock world, share floats are regularly above 1.5 billion shares. Out of that float, about 20% is locked up and held tightly by longs. [ Much more of the float is likely being held tight, but until I get more holding #s from others on the board, I will only use the numbers given to me so far ]

5. SavWatt is an American Company hiring American workers In fact, the company expects to hire at least 100 more workers in 2011 alone. They are located in Baltimore, Maryland with additional offices in Florida, China and Hong Kong.

7. SAVW's energy saving products fit all of the criteria for homeowners and business owners alike to get large tax credits and in some cases government grants towards purchase of LED lighting.

8. SAVW has been awarded a million dollar Maryland Energy Sector Grant grant and will be training companies and architects about how to save energy by using its LED products. See link below :

9. SAVW has LED replacement bulbs that can retrofit current fluorescent lamp tubes through industrial shop lamps and fixtures.

Bottom line, if you have a lighting application, Savwatt has a product that can help you save money.

The largest Lexus dealership in the World, JM Lexus, has completed the installation of SavWatt's 'EcoWatt' smart technology LED Lamps, Bulbs and Fixtures. SavWatt was chosen over other LED suppliers due to its ability to deliver LED lighting products with 'EcoWatt' smart technology that enables dealerships to decrease energy consumption by 50%. This a 39 billion dollar virtually untapped market to retrofit the 28000 dealerships in the USA alone to full LED Lighting.

10. LED bulbs last a very long time, 80k hours is the expected life span of the LED fluorescent lamp tube replacement bulbs that SavWatt sells.

To put it in perspective, 80k hours is the equivalent of leaving a bulb on for 18 years straight 12 hours per day or flipping the switch on for 9 years continuously.

On top of that you save at least 50% in energy cost over standard bulbs.

I urge you to look into this great upcoming company and see its potential. You may be wondering why you have not seen it posted or advertised on any of the various small cap investment websites.

This is because these sites make their money by promoting a penny stock in return for cash or free shares. Once they have promoted a stock, most of these sites will sell off these free shares.

All this process does is allow the company to dilute shares heavily and hurt the true long term investors in the company.

If you look at a stock chart of SAVW you will see it is currently trading at its low point of .0069 and usually has very low volume of less than 2 million shares per trading day. SAVW has never had a "run".

Whenever a stock has super low volume like SAVW currently has, Market Makers can easily manipulate a small cap stock down in price and they seem to enjoy shorting them as well.

Just watch the level 2 activity for SAVW for one day and it will be pretty clear that the stock is being manipulated.

Our I-Hub board has less than 50 followers. IOW - We are virtually unknown currently. Soon though, very soon this should all change.
