I agree with you. CHBT was very aggressive. They didn't have a big Four auditor, but then switched to Deloite to help defend. They even showed bank statements,all the locations of their retail outlets, and detailed response addressing all the Citron points. CHBT went from 20 to 11, back to 16+; then another Citron attack, knocking CHBT back to 13; then quickly back to 14-15...where it is now. Stigma will hang around awhile, but then after several quarters of solid performance, people will believe the performance and this will go to 20-30. I suspect based on CCME statement tonight, they will do the same, over the weekend. Based on alot of the evidence coming out already, knocking off Citron/MW, the stock should see 14-15 tomorrow. Tonight's AH comeback is some proof of that. Some people loading up for tomorrow. Remember, this is just IMO. I'm pulling for all the longs.
