I agree that things always take longer than expected. What I don't understand is why you think that the State trial will go on for weeks? I've read in one of the latest court filings that Rusnick estimates the trial to last 3-4 days. I assume that is an accurate estimate and I don't know why they would say that if it was expected to last longer.
