If they announced that they were going to be buying shares back in March of 2010, I highly doubt if they would then do a RS split.
That would be contradictory. If NWTT has as much news (and spectacular news at that)then the price will no longer be a concern. I would think though that they would want to do a share buyback when the price is lower rather than when it gets way up there. That would be a good think to do prior to them announcing that they have found a huge amount of gold or something to that affect.
