I am not sure but I think you have generate a minimal dollar anually in order to be listed on the NASDAQ also (40 Million). This might be another reason they may just allow the delisting process to go through. Pinks will not have the liquidity, as the major exchanges, not sure if I want to own a PINKs company. Had a bad experience with NENE a while back got cought up in a sell off and could not execute my sell order.
