COBOLA! Funny, they transported 300tons across the border to another country without even knowing what actually is in there. What is the value of consignment and how they managed to export to Peru without declaring that to the custom officials?

Suppose after tests it is found that buyer is no more interested in such a poor ore. What they will do with this? Instead of earning $$$s they will be liable to pay demurrage to the port authorities.

May be things are done in those countries differently.
