I don't see the "pick up my marbles and leave clause" in the contract. Please point it out if I have missed it. Also, the arguement that TTDZ does not have the resources is illogical seeing they never did and the whole point of the transaction was to wipe out their debt and provide a legal vehicle for AGT to do bussiness in the TTDZ shell.

Now this whole thing may very well be a scam as many of these are but this particular "out" does not make sense. Two days after signing a contract it's suddenly discovered that despite their best DD the aquired company did not know they were assuming the debt of the aquiring company and that it did not have the resources to do business..... That just has "arrest me now" written all over it. Is Greg #1 really that stupid?
