Check out $Hesv Trading @0003 with 16m float. Very tiny . Could run big with volume.
Ran from 000 to 0.02 in 1day back in Sep 09. Great day it was Now it had rest back to 0.0003

Btw this board gets my bookmark. Low float 000 are the best
