The only real problem holding this stock back is speculation, but once the news comes out, this is gonna go nuts.

For those who truly believe the news is going to be huge and know it is coming out so damn soon it is ridiculous, there will be no way for them to get in unless they buy at the ask or get some poor schmuck to sell to them for a cheap price, but even then it will be quite small compared to what is available at the ask.
