IMHO, the news is going to be after market today or before market tomorrow at the latest.

If it comes after market, it will have allowed serious investors to get in before the price skyrockets. The same applies to tomorrow morning, but doesn't allow too much time to get everyone's market orders in for those who work early in the morning.

The best time to announce the news IMHO is at about 4:30PM today so most people working their 8-4 or 9-5 jobs will have plenty of time to read over the news, make their decisions on entry price, and prepare for a huge day tomorrow.
