PEIX pps going UP BECAUSE THEY ARE A BETTER CO. than one year ago. Better Cash position, better operating costs, opening of STOCKTON PLANT, producing more Ethanol, Passage of E-15, its pretty clear here and IMO WAY UNDERVALUED. Hammer
