The CEO has been talking a lot about transparency with regard to all information and has been placing an emphasis on building shareholder trust lately.

It seems completely ridiculous to do that while diluting at the same time.

Isn't there a legality issue with intentionally misleading shareholders or is she free to do whatever she wants?
