Those shares are issued to SK&O merger companies and not to Minibar. Minibar might have max 50 million shares IMO.

At the end of January 2010, the Issuer recently acquired Jiangxi Sanhe Science and Technology Group, Co., Ltd.. (“Sanhe”) for 600 million shares. Information on Sanhe has been posted on the
Pink Sheets. Jiangxi Sanhe Science and Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures Environmentally Friendly Recyclable "Plastic Wood". The end product is sold as park benches, storage sheds and
various outdoor durable gardening utilities etc. The Issuer will post financial information on Sanhe as it become available.
