Volume is driven by demand - there is no demand because VIVK has not solidified anything and the only marketing of this stock to create demand was one PR stating that 3 million may be coming their way and that they may be merging with a company that we do not have any details about (money-wise). VIVK has to detail what this merger would mean to the company and detail where it is going from here.

It can be done, but VIVK has to PR that information and provide proof that the merger is complete in the near future before VIVK falls off the map again and no one looks at it again. (IMO)
