Yes I understand about the drilling it is so true, investors can determine the possible outcome from mining ounces from so many tons of rock. Yep PRMO does this another way maybe they dont move tonnage of rock but from what I see on the photos panning by the natives, lol.

They tried to raise fund through selling shares and possibly loans.

I come to a cumulative understanding that PRMO has a sh*tloat of Gold and wouldnt need any other methods of financial help? if they decided to avoid paying taxes by not selling off some gold, then apparently they have some undetermine amount of gold stashed away. I could see them wihholding the gold for a higher increase of maybe $2,000 per ounce, Oh wait? then if it goes up higher so does the TAX??? DUH? so apparently they dont need money. If all they say is true, if this was all BS, then we would filing a class action lawsuit to investigate all his claims of gold finds and sales. Can we contact Madagascar and see if PROM is paying taxes? something has to be public from what they are extracting from their land, or someone such as me look on Facebook and find someone to talk too to look into his operations, its all legal.
