Definitely no trial on Monday the 7th. We are 14 out on a two-week docket. Mr. Markle is set for trial in another court for the week of the 7th, so our setting is moved to February 14th. Harris County takes the oldest cases first, and ours is relatively new. It is possible that it will be called the week of the 14th, but not probable. It all depends on how quickly the thirteen cases before ours move prior to the 14th. We started 29 out and, as of yesterday, are in the 14th position.
