...The private investors aren't timing anything. The investors have DEMANDED that there not be a reverse split until after Lecere is profitable. That guarantees that the company will not do a reverse split while their shares are still restricted from sale. The investors demanded and Jim agreed in one microsecond - that nobody in management or ANY investors wants a reverse split until after Lecere is profitable. So it IS NOT going to happen.

These private investors, and common like myself do not want a RS until profitability. I can tell you that iis the truth. So there will be NO RS until LCRE is profitable.

Ironically it never held up of what Jim did! the split did happen, he did order the split to happen supposingly he agreed to the idea from the consultation advice from Stallion Assets Inc. what a croc. Poor rFranke727
