As of over a year ago there has been very little change in the short position being reported to FINRA. With nearly every security traded on the market their short position changes with every report.. So in my honest opinion I think there has been a huge screw up with certain MM's and they have lost track of exactly who is holding the short positions and just how big these short positions realy are. This is the reason TDA won't allow buys. Brian was once a big player with a certain MM and he knows how these things can happen and what it takes to correct them. The divi from BEEN another public traded company and an additional Divi from SYNJ will force the short position numbers in SYNJ to come out on the table and all those who are holding a short position will have to cover at any price. I don't know how big the short position in SYNJ realy is but I think it is huge.
