Osage Exploration and Development, Inc. (OTCBB: OEDV) has been seeking a Company Maker type asset for more than a year. As a result of our own regional exploration efforts, we began acquiring acreage in Oklahoma in a block that we call the Nemaha Ridge.

We believe that the acreage block is prospective for oil out of the Mississippi formation. The Mississippian is being drilled horizontally across many parts of Oklahoma currently. The first development began in 2008 in Woods and Alfalfa counties by Chesapeake Energy and Sandridge Energy. That development has moved both east and south across Oklahoma with several other public and private oil and gas companies getting involved. Sandridge has been the most aggressive land acquirer and driller, and has published the most information on their horizontal Mississippian results to date.

We are currently seeking an industry partner to jointly drill and develop our three prospects which are called Crescent Ridge, Cimarron Ridge and Marshall Ridge.
