This was taken care of with prior dilution, which was announced...

Im not sure if the WISP negotiations have costs incurred that will require further dilution, but i wouldnt doubt it. The thing here is ICOA in early 2k was pulling big revenue but their installations and marketing were still costing too much, then when the internet crash came they got really impacted because they never quite got in the clear, though they were close.

George is working hard to not only get them back where they were before, but to try and get them past that, to bring profits to ICOA, to bring shareholder confidence and PPS value.

ICOA may not be the best company in the market (far from it i admit). And they certainly have a lot of work to do and have been working hard to keep from going under for years. Companies have stocks to raise capital, even non micro cap, and its laughable that people cry and scream when they authorize more shares, or cant cancel as much as they hoped(welcome to reality, the economy is still not fully recovered).

Its going to be tough here, and things arent going to work out in a timely fashion, nor to a set schedule.

We do have Boingo wireless signing for an IPO and they use ICOA ANS systems in all of their airports, and if they expand that and continue to use ICOA it will definitely be a big table turner.

I for one look forward to ICOAs future, whether they succeed or fail it is a very exciting company with great possibilities. Does that mean it will work out, heck no, have you ever tried starting a small business? Its not as easy as buying some shares and then crying a river when you dont make a million dollars overnight thats for damn sure.

If you see the possibility of a bright future here, and i see if as a definite possibility myself, why not hold some. I see far less risk here than i do with 99% of other micro caps. Good luck to anyone long here, and may we all profit in our ventures.
