its probably a waste of their time,why should they respond if they are full already? and thus orientation begins for employees,its not their position to try to impress anybody,think about it from their angle,they got resumes,they got people,much more of a response than one can imagine,why do they need to verify anything,i could care less if it was my company,i dont need to verify anybody anything to make a lot of $$$ or do i?
