That's a good guess , that CAGI insiders knew the Suspension was going to happen and they artificially ran the stock to unload , ie , the buggers manipulated the trading action . I hope they get charged with trading on insider knowledge of the SEC Suspension and then manipulating the volume and PPS of CAGI .

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
