Bob, Who is the Transfer Agent (TA) for this company? and is the TA GAGGED or UNGAGGED? and the contact information so I could call them.
Whats is a GAGGED TA? That is, can I call the Transfer Agent any time and get the outstanding share count and the amount of Authorized Shares at any time. Many companies hire a Transfer Agent that will not release this info to the shareholder, or simply instructs the TA to NOT RELEASE the information to keep shareholders in the dark. Then when 10-Q's come out and investors find their shares are worth less because of the dilution caused by the INCREASE in outstanding shares.
