Have you watched the video where he talks about all this?

I never said they they had debts. WTF are you getting that from? They can't just say it's a "zero company" even though it was. They have to PROVE it with documentation, which is what they are spending all this time doing. Getting that documentation to show that to the SEC. You can't just say "there was no business, debts, etc" without documentation to support that.
