SEVI(HLNT), transferred to SEVI/HLNT by DealersAdvance, along
with the notes sold to NIR by DealersAdvance. The Counter
Claim is disputing the value of the Software, that it was
worth the value of the transferred notes, or that it was ever
truely transferred to SEVI/HLNT. After all, as mentioned in
the Counter Claim, Humphries attempted to sell it again to
another company. Hmmm, no transfer of the software, no validity
to the NIR Notes as an HLNT liability. Since you have read the
Counter Claim, I wonder if you are having difficulty with the
understanding of this issue. Please read the Counter Claim
