My take on this is that we might as well get used to it. OPEC will soon fall apart, renegade nations will charge whatever they think they can get, $200 barrel is just around the corner, and terrible wars will be fought over tiny nations that are mostly wasteland on top with fortunes and the fate of an entire country's economy just below the surface.
